When you create an account, place an order or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, order details and payment reference/UTR. For personalised products, you may also send photographs or other files required to fulfil your order.
How we use your information
We use this information to process orders, communicate about payments and delivery, provide customer support, personalise products and services, maintain business records and improve the website.
Payment information
FRAMEZ_STUDIO does not ask customers to upload payment screenshots to the website. UPI payments are made using the payment details shown at checkout, and customers provide the UTR/reference number and payment proof through WhatsApp when requested. We do not collect your UPI PIN or banking login credentials.
Photos and custom files
Files you send for a personalised order are used only for order fulfilment, customer support and related business records. Please send only files you have permission to use.
Sharing and security
We share information only when needed to operate the service, fulfil an order, comply with law or protect our rights. We use account authentication, access controls and server-side protections appropriate to the website. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
