Processing time
Personalised products require preparation and production before dispatch. Processing time varies by product, quantity and customisation. We will communicate any material delay through the contact details provided with the order.
Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address supplied during checkout. Delivery timelines vary by destination, courier availability, holidays and other circumstances outside our control.
Custom files
For products requiring photographs or other files, production may begin only after the required material is received and the order is ready for processing. Delayed file submission can delay dispatch.
Delivery issues
If a parcel is delayed, damaged or appears to have been delivered incorrectly, contact us with the order number as soon as possible so we can review the shipment and assist with the next steps.

Product delivery availability and event-service coverage may differ by location. Event decoration services are subject to venue, date and service-area availability.
How personalised orders move through production
FRAMEZ_STUDIO products are made for individual orders, so production can include checking the selected product, confirming the required photo or custom information, preparing the print or personalised item, quality checking the finished product and then packing it for dispatch. Orders that need photo submission may not enter production until the required images are received and usable. Please send clear files and follow the photo-submission instructions shown after checkout to avoid avoidable delays.
Address and order information
Please review the name, phone number, delivery address and pincode before completing checkout. Incorrect or incomplete delivery information can lead to courier delays, failed delivery attempts or return-to-sender situations. FRAMEZ_STUDIO also provides event decoration services, including personalised celebration setups. Event service availability depends on the requested date, venue, location, setup requirements and team availability.
