Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the customer and delivery information you provide is accurate. Product prices, availability and customisation requirements are confirmed through the checkout and order process.
Personalised products
Custom products are made using the photographs, text and other instructions supplied by the customer. Please review your requirements carefully before submitting them. Small differences in colour, cropping and handmade finishing may occur.
Payment
Orders use the UPI payment instructions displayed by FRAMEZ_STUDIO. An order remains payment-pending until the submitted UTR/reference is reviewed and the payment is verified.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing lawful content and having the necessary rights or permissions for photographs, logos, artwork and other files supplied for an order.
Services
Event decoration and planning enquiries are quoted according to the event date, location, guest count, requirements, materials and scope. A service booking is confirmed only after the agreed commercial terms are accepted and any required advance payment is verified.
